No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and my services: 1:1 coaching and ready-made training plans. The legal basis is the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare"). When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type, operating system and referrer URL.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare acts as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. If you contact me, I process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I use Gmail (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for email. If you contact me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited also processes your data; its privacy policy applies. I delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

If you book 1:1 coaching, I process the data required to plan and carry out your training, such as name, contact details, age, training level, performance data, training logs and goals. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I process information about injuries, illnesses or other health matters only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. For athletes under 18, I obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

I store coaching data for the duration of the coaching relationship and delete it no later than two years after it ends, unless you ask me to delete it earlier or statutory retention obligations apply.

If you purchase a training plan, I process your name, email address, billing details and order information in order to process the purchase, deliver the plan and issue an invoice. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Payments are processed by the payment provider you select at checkout. I do not receive or store your full card or bank details; the respective provider's privacy policy applies. Invoicing data is retained for ten years in accordance with Italian tax law.

This website links to my Instagram account. Only when you click the link are you redirected to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland), where Meta's privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted to Meta simply by visiting this website.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for its operation, including security cookies set by Cloudflare to protect against malicious traffic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003). No consent is required for these cookies. I do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies.
